Shipping, Return, Refund policies

Please read the following carefully before placing your order. Once your order is submitted and confirmed, it automatically signifies that you have read and agreed with the following.



Shipping Methods

International orders containing any full-bottle fragrance will be sent via EMS (Express Mail Service). Tracking information will be notified via e-mail.

International orders of other products (excluding full-bottle fragrances), including sample-only orders, will be sent via international registered air mail. Tracking information will be notified via e-mail.

Shipping within Malaysia via PosLaju/SkyNet.



Addresses

We are unable to ship to P.O. box addresses for orders containing any full-bottle fragrance. Please provide street/postal address only.



Shipping Fee

Orders containing any full-bottle fragrance are charged at a fixed rate of delivery fee based on destination as follow:

  • Malaysia: Free shipping
  • Free shipping to the following countries: Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, The Philippines, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Pakistan.
  • $5 Shipping fee to the following countries: Australia, China, Japan, Macao, Myanmar, New Zealand, South Korea, Turkey
  • $10 Shipping fee to the following countries: United States of America (Contiguous US + Alaska + Hawaii), Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Jordan, Kuwait, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Mexico, Mongolia, Netherlands, Oman, Portugal, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Spain, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom.
  • $20 Shipping fee to the following countries: Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, Yemen.


We DO NOT ship to countries/regions that are not listed above.

Orders consist of fragrance sample(s) only (i.e. no any full-bottle fragrance included in the orders) are charged at a fixed rate of delivery fee based on destination as follow:

  • Malaysia: Free shipping
  • Other Countries: $4

Delivery Time

Once payment has been received, your order will be packed within 5 working days, unless the ordered item(s) is/are out of stock, or upon notice. EMS shipments will normally arrive within 5 to 15 working days while international registered air mails will normally arrive within 15 to 45 working days, depending on the destination.

However, the delivery time is not guaranteed as there might be unexpected circumstances which are completely out of our control, e.g. delivery delay by courier / post office, unforeseen incidents and accidents, custom inspection and clearance delay, etc..



Pre-Orders & Back Orders

If there is any item in a single check-out is out of stock, all items in that single check-out will be subject to shipment delay. All items in such order will ship together once the out-of-stock item is back to the shelf and ready to ship. By placing a back order, customer agrees and accepts any delay in shipment. We always try our best to maintain the availability of all items in store, however, there might be certain circumstances where things may happen out of our control. Furthermore, our fragrances are produced in very small quantity and may be subject to the availability of certain rare ingredients. To prevent all items in a single check-out from shipping late, we would suggest that you could place separate orders, e.g. check-out two times, one contains only out-of-stock item(s), and another one contains only in-stock item(s). As such, the order with in-stock item(s) only will ship normally, while the order with out-of-stock item(s) only will ship later. The same policies apply to all pre-orders.



Samples

The images of samples shown on this website are for illustration purposes only. The actual products (e.g. shape of the vial, etc.) may differ from the images. However, please rest assured that each actual sample vial will contain 1.5ml of fragrance, although the sample vial can hold more than that.



Business Days

Our business operates during normal business days only. Orders can be placed 24/7 on this website, meanwhile we only pack and ship orders during business days. Packing, shipping, and customer service will not be available during weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), public holidays, and occasional events/holidays.



Customs, Duties, and Taxes

You may, depending on your place and country of destination, have to pay duties and/or taxes and/or brokerage fees. Please consult your local customs for more information about the relevant duties, taxes and other charges before placing an order. All prices quoted on our website do not include customs duties and/or taxes and/or brokerage fees. Please note that we do not hold any responsibility for failed deliveries (and therefore cannot refund or replace any order in such case) due to refusal of payment of customs duties and/or taxes and/or brokerage fees, as well as unsuccessful deliveries due to confiscation by customs, or package lost during the process of delivery, or unclaimed/uncollected package.



Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all products are strictly not returnable under any circumstances, unless shipped by error on our part. We encourage you to purchase some samples first to assure your complete satisfaction before committing to full-size items. All items are packed carefully and checked properly before leaving our premise. If there is any error/breakage/spillage, please kindly email us at info (at) ningenparfums (dot) com within 24 hours upon receipt for authorization. Please note that we are not responsible for lost, unclaimed, undelivered, and returned packages under any circumstances, as such, refund or re-delivery cannot be claimed for lost, unclaimed, undelivered, and returned packages.

Notes regarding international registered air mails: Orders sent using international registered air mails may not be tracked successfully all the time, and may be subject to customs inspection and clearance. It is at customer's own risk for placing orders that are to be sent through international registered air mails. By placing such orders, customer agrees that refund or re-delivery cannot be claimed for unsuccessful deliveries or missing packages sent through international registered air mails. It is customer's responsibility to pay any customs duties and/or taxes and/or brokerage fees, if applicable, upon receipt of package, or as requested by the local courier or customs. Customer agrees that refund, return or re-delivery cannot be claimed due to refusal of payment of customs duties and/or taxes and/or brokerage fees. Refund, return, or re-delivery cannot be claimed for unclaimed / uncollected / unsigned packages. Should your package is returned to us due to any circumstances, you may arrange for a re-delivery by paying the shipping cost once more, unless any of the item(s) in the returned package broken/leaked (in this case, a re-purchase will have to be done).

Notes regarding EMS or other express couriers: Orders sent using EMS or other express couriers may be subject to customs inspection and clearance. Clearance brokerage fees may be applied to all orders sent through express couriers. It is customer's responsibility to pay any customs duties and/or taxes and/or brokerage fees, if applicable, upon receipt of package, or as requested by the express courier company. Customer agrees that refund, return or re-delivery cannot be claimed due to refusal of payment of customs duties and/or taxes and/or brokerage fees. Refund, return, or re-delivery cannot be claimed for unclaimed / uncollected / unsigned packages. Should your package is returned to us due to any circumstances, you may arrange for a re-delivery by paying the shipping cost once more, unless any of the item(s) in the returned package broken/leaked (in this case, a re-purchase will have to be done).
